  1. Verify Shipping Details:

    • Ensure that the shipping details are accurate and consider including insurance with the shipping.

  2. Dispatch Timeframe:

    • Upon the sale of a product, you are required to dispatch the item and notify the customer within 2 working days of receiving the payment.

  3. Tracking Number:

    • It is highly recommended to use a tracking number to inform the customer of the product's location.

  4. Notify the Customer:

    • Notify the customer that the item has been shipped via the Admin Panel:

      • Go to the Orders section.

      • Select the order number.

      • Add tracking information and save.

      • Change the order status to Complete to finalize the order.
