Customer Returns

  1. Return Policies:

    • Take time to outline your return preferences in your terms and conditions so all individuals have a clear understanding of your store policies. This can be set up in Seller Info > Terms & Conditions.

  2. Prompt Replies:

    • Please reply promptly and within 48 hours to any customer message or other correspondence regarding returns or issues.

  3. Repairs and Alterations:

    • As the seller, you are responsible for repairs or alterations if the product is supplied in an unsatisfactory condition or is dissimilar to the original product description.

  4. Return Arrangements:

    • Make arrangements with the customer for your shipping return address to facilitate the return process.

  5. Refund Processing:

    • In your PayPal dashboard, select the payment you want to refund and click Issue a refund.
      Enter the amount you want to refund, excluding the shipping costs and click Issue Refund.

    • In your Admin Panel > Orders > Order# change the order Status to canceled, you may add Staff note, then save.
